Steven J. Heussner, ChFC®, CLU®

Founder and CEO, Mogul Wealth Strategies, LLC

Steven Heussner is founder and CEO of Mogul Wealth Strategies, LLC . Heussner’s professional career began in 1984 as a financial analyst in Fina Oil & Chemical Company’s Strategic Planning Department. Heussner’s investment and insurance career began in 1988 when he joined New York Life as an agent. At New York Life, he has won numerous company and industry awards. He founded Heussner Insurance Agency, Inc 1996 and then Mogul Wealth Strategies in 2010 where he serves a large number of business owners and wealthy families.

He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table,* National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Associated General Contractors, Associated Building Contractors and the Construction Financial Management Association. He has served as President of the Princeton Alumni Association of D/FW and President of Richardson Noon Toastmasters. He is a past board member of the Dallas Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association and has served on the Leadership, Insurance and Legislative committees of the Associated General Contractors. He has served as Chairman of the International Risk Management Institute’s Construction Benefits Conference. He has served as a board member for the City of McKinney’s Economic Development Corporation and Chamber of Commerce, and he volunteers for the Prison Entrepreneurship Program.

Steven and his wife, Risa, have lived in McKinney, TX, since 1992, and they have two adult children. In his free time, Steven plays on a hockey team and enjoys golf, skiing, cooking, and all types of exercise. He received a B.S.E. in Geological Engineering from Princeton University in 1984.

Tina Parker, ACS, AIAA

Tina has over 34 years of experience in the areas of process management, customer service, benefits, and insurance. She brings this knowledge to our firm where she manages the scheduling, underwriting and client service processes. She also manages the administrative operations for the practice.

Tina lives in Wylie, TX with her husband Scott and their two beagles, Hank and Waylon. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family in the outdoors, especially the Texas Gulf Coast.

Laura Hull

Laura has worked as the Administrative Assistant with our team for the past 8 years, responsible for smooth operation of the day-today business and ensuring continuous first class service to our clients. Laura brings experience in the areas of process management and client relations, managing the underwriting and service processes.

Laura lives in Frisco, TX with her husband, John, and their goldendoodle, Holly. Her hobbies include spending time with her friends and family (including the 3 young grandsons), traveling, and movies.

Marsha Meraz

Marsha is the newest member of our team, joining in 2013 after spending 9 years in the retail business. In her role, Marsha is responsible for managing client communications and providing administrative support, including scheduling and maintaining appointments, underwriting and compliance coordination.

Marsha lives in Frisco, TX with her three children and two dogs. She enjoys cooking, watching a great softball or football game and barbequing

Steven is a past Board Member of McKinney, TX Chamber of Commerce. Steven along with other members help make decisions to better the community and local businesses. In 2014, Money Magazine ranked McKinney as the best place to live in America.
